...is in need of a makeover. Does anyone know of a good budgeting program that will help me lower my debt? Obviously, I know that my mortgage payment isn't going anywhere for a LONG while but my credit cards and student loans need to go away. I'm doing my best but being a mid-20 something with a shopping addiction and a (hopefully only temporary) paycut from the Governator, I'm in need of an intervention.
Shopping urges + paycuts = No good!

Hmm..as far as lowering your debt, I'm not sure. But, my shopoholic tendancies were definately reined in when I started balancing my checking account with a spreadsheet from Googledocs. I'll try to email it to you - it breaks down all your bills and you can see how much money you have left for the month...you'll see what I mean. It totally helped me. :) If it's not helpful, that's fine too :)
ReplyDeleteWell after seeing the damn Comcast bill maybe we should see if they have a cheaper thing. You are hardly home to watch TV and I haven't been watching it a lot. I know we both love Food Network but do we love it enough to pay that much? That might save us 1/6 of a private dance lesson!
ReplyDeleteYou can always come to my house and watch Food Network! I Tivo most of them. :)
ReplyDeleteI use Mint.com. It's free and it links to your bank account and your bills so it's awesome.
